STEP #1: SUBMIT THE DUAL ENROLLMENT ONLINE APPLICATION
Complete the NEW Dual Enrollment Student Online Application during the appropriate
application window:
- Fall Term Start: April 1 – August 1
- Spring Term Start: September 1 – December 1

STEP #2: SUBMIT PARENT/GUARDIAN APPROVAL
Your parent or guardian must complete the online Dual Enrollment Approval Form.

STEP #3: MEET WITH YOUR SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
After both forms are submitted, meet with your guidance counselor, so they will verify:
STEP #4: MONITOR YOUR EMAIL FOR NFC ADMISSION INFORMATION
After NFC Dual Enrollment & Early College Programs has reviewed your application,
you will receive your NFC Dual Enrollment Admissions email, which includes your Student
ID (G#) and NFC Student Email. Use this information to log in to the MyNFC portal
and activate your account as a First‑Time User.
Important: After admission, all communication will be sent to your official NFC student email.
STEP #5: COMPLETE ONLINE DUAL ENROLLMENT ORIENTATION
Finish the Online New Student Dual Enrollment Orientation Tutorial. This step is required before you can register for classes. Follow the instructions
provided in the Orientation Tutorial to submit your Dual Enrollment Course Registration
Requests.

STEP #3: Submit Required Forms & Documents
- Home Education Students must submit a completed Home Education Verification Form each year as proof of enrollment in a Home Education Program within the NFC service
area.
- Personalized Education Program (PEP) Students must provide proof of award and active participation in the Personalized Education
Program such as current award letter.
Required Agreement for Both Home Education & PEP Students
All Home Education and PEP students must review and return a signed Home Education
or PEP Articulation Agreement as well as any official placement test scores.
