NFCC JUMPSTART sessions designed to help students succeed

MADISON, FL– North Florida Community College is providing an opportunity for students enrolling in fall classes to get a JUMPSTART on the essential skills necessary to succeed in their courses. JUMPSTART offers free study skills, strategies, and academic review sessions for NFCC students preparing to enroll in ENC 1101 (Freshman English I), MAT 1033 (Intermediate Algebra), STA 2023 (Statistics) and/or any science course. Students can also utilize JUMPSTART sessions to help learn strategies for using NFCC technology effectively.

JUMPSTART sessions are FREEfor NFCC students planning to register for Fall Term 2018 classes. Five unique sessions in Technology, Science, English and Math are available, each with two different date/time options, and will be held on the NFCC campus in Madison, Fla.

Technology and Science sessions will be held Monday, July 30, and Tuesday, July 31,
English and Math sessions being held on Wednesday and Thursday, August 1 & 2.
