Business and industry partnerships help NFCC CDL program grow
MADISON, FL - North Florida Community College’s Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A certification program continues to grow thanks to the support of business and industry partnerships. The program’s unique connection to this region’s logging industry offers students training not readily available in other CDL programs.
On Nov. 27, 2018 Genesis Timber shared this photo and the following post on Facebook to mark a milestone for the Fall Term 2018 class and CDL program - “Genesis Timber and Gray Logging are proud to partner with North Florida Community College’s CDL-Class A Training program. This is the first load of wood hauled by student drivers from a tract of timber being harvested by Gray Logging.”
